Goodbye Harry Ogg, Welcome Ustina Dubitsky

With the start of the new season, the Gürzenich Orchestra welcomes Ustina Dubitsky as assistant to the Gürzenich Kapellmeister. With her successful participation in the Besançon Conducting Competition and winning the Orchestra Prize at the La Maestra Conducting Competition, the young conductor Ustina Dubitsky has attracted considerable attention in recent months. As musical assistant to François-Xavier Roth and the guest conductors of the upcoming season, Ustina Dubitsky will contribute to the artistic success of the Gürzenich Orchestra's concerts.

She succeeds Harry Ogg, who has held this position since the 2019/20 season and now moves to the Oper am Rhein as 1st Kapellmeister.
